"&' etc. in featured image caption break RSS feed.

Any special characters in the image caption of the featured image break the feed. It should just be a matter of wrapping the output of the caption in htmlentities() I would think. But maybe there is a reason that won't work.

feed worked again after I change & to & in the featured image caption.
