Feature request: Caching

Hi There! I use your plugin to offer other publications the possibility to get my newest articles. Unfortunately some of them seem to read the feed every 2 seconds, which brings up a big load to my blog. Would it be possible to cache the feed for 1 or two hours? I only post two blogposts a day and therefore caching would be great. Best regards, Jens
