incorect text reference (polish)

Where can I change automatically added text of reference to source at the end of each post? In my language (polish) this text is incorectly formed.

hello, this text is created from string "Source: " that can be altered in translation po/mo files and visible description of link is taken from WordPress get_bloginfo( 'name' ) function - should be name of the site.

btw: there is great plugin to handle localizations in WP admin GUI - http://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/ or you can just create new po/mo files in "lang" subdirectory.
