Create variable for enable_jmx_remote_opts

Thank you for the work you have done on this Puppet module. I’d like to ask that a new variable is created to be able to configure the ENABLE_REMOTE_JMX_OPTS setting. I’ve attached the files that I’ve been using that work in my environment, but feel free to make any edits as you see fit.

Thank you for your submission. I have included your changes into the latest version 7.0.2. Note, the changelog is incorrect on the forge (I have tried deleting 7.0.2 but the forge has a bug that doesn’t allow me to edit it). The changelog is correct in git though which includes the new parameters for managing remote jmx. Also take note that I change the parameter to ‘enable_remote_jmx’ instead of 'remote_jmx'. Otherwise, the code is the same. Please post if you have any issues.
