Version 0.2.2 of this module suggested for Solr 4.x users but it's not available

Users of Solr 4.x are suggested to use 0.2.2 of this module but it's not available from the Forge. According to the dropdown on the Forge page, the latest 0.2 version to download is 0.2.1, yet the ChangeLog suggests 0.2.3 should be also be available.

@daosborne I appologize for my tardiness. I didn't have proper notifications setup on this repo (its setup now). Anyways, I have added version 0.2.2 to the forge. Please let me know if you have any trouble.
