Home Popup Menu "Personalize" Item Fails

When the "Personalize" menu item is selected in the Home popup menu, an error dialog is displayed with the text "App isn't installed". Occurs on Stock Sense 6.

Yes, I have the Personalize app installed. I've attached screenshots of the app info. I have an HTC One (m8) running 4.4.3 with stock Sense 6.

Many things have changed in 4.4.3, fixes will follow ARHD 4.4.3 ROM.

I'm on 4.4.3 and this menu item works perfectly, Personalize has the exact same version...

Do you have a Personalize app installed (/system/priv-app/HomePersonalize.apk)? It is there by default on stock Sense ROMs and it works fine for me.
