Sense themes color overwrite does not apply

when i'm trying to change/setup the colors of i.e. the keyboard (htc sense input) or other controls that are green on stock sense, it just doesnt work or apply. it stays the same like the stock color. even when i'm trying to put all of my apps into the color overwrite list, it doesnt work and the theme colors stay stock. thx for looking into this issue in advance ;)

Toolbox was updated, themes override should work now even on 4.4.3 If you still have problems with some apps, create another issue and list them there.
