Gallery Sense Theme

Sense Theme works for most Sense application except for the following : i) Gallery ii) TV

I was going to report the same thing.

One other thing is that I can set the theme for almost all HTC apks even for app drawer and EQS colors, but still some 'controls' in the notification area (like power saver checkbox) won't change color. Not sure if it's fixable at all or not.

Yep, Gallery and TV uses their own themes based on stock themes, I'll see what I can do.

TV is working fine on mine. Not sure if the theme is coming from other universal resources or not. I added almost all sys apks to the theme list and changes now.

Just a suggestion. It would be nice to have a way to change colors for all apps in the list, or some other multi-selecting method.
