Controls mods menu did not work

HTC One 802w after rom update to 4.4.3 ver. 6.13.501.3. Touch the controls mods menu take the tool does not respond. I have uninstalled the mod, restart the phone and reinstall. The bug is still there.

Do you have root and BusyBox? App checks them to enable/disable some preferences. Can't think of anything else that can cause this... Logcat would be also helpful.

I have yet rooted the phone again after update. The various mods menu can not be accessed too. Except 2 these menus, other functions work normaly. To get old my setting, I restore the tool from my Titanium backup and I have them back (functions I need). Thanks!

Definitely something with root or BusyBox, because only those 2 sections check for them. Try to reinstall latest BusyBox using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox

Reinstalling BusyBox should've worked.
