Item " Enable Keep Screen On" doesn't work in my device

Item " Enable Keep Screen On" doesn't work in HTC Desire 601 running Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5.0. I have fully rebooted my phone and tried to make it work several times, but failed. It doesn't appears in display settings or development settings. Please fix it up soon! More than thanks!

Mod just reveals the option, it doesn't make it work. It's the ROM problem.
