Volume2Wake doesn't work properly (English ...)

I've had Toolbox 1.3.6 installed for a while, worked like a charm!
Updated to 1.4.3 yesterday and noticed that the Volume2Wake option stops functioning after the device stays asleep for longer than 2-3 minutes.

Running Android Revolution HD 8.2 on HTC One (M7)
