Rejected call reminder screen appears when call is received while phone is locked (screen off or on lockscreen).

Reminder screen does not appear when call is received while phone is on and unlocked.

The answer/reject screen is different when locked/unlocked, so it's probably in another section of ROM code.

Yes, there is a reminder on lockscreen which shows that you missed 0 calls :) You can just swipe it up or turn screen off and it will disappear by itself. The goal of this mod was to eliminate notification in drawer, so I don't even wanna spend time fixing this minor bug.

Hmm... I get a screen with buttons to SMS the caller or remind later, not 'You missed 0 calls'. Maybe because I don't have call notification on lockscreen enabled. I thought this mod was to get rid of the screen with the SMS/remind button. Thanks for clearing out up.
