Volume stuck turning up

In any app where volume is available the volume is turned up constantly. When I go to turn it down it immediately goes back up I am using an HTC one m7. I am attaching a bug report.

    What mod in Toolbox causes this? There are to errors in logcat. It's better to just post logcat and Xposed logs, complete dump is too much :)
