Long press on icons does not work on stock ROM

On the latest stock HTC one ROM (I am on Vodafone if that helps), you cannot long press icons to rearrange them or put the on the homescreen from the apps folder. I am fully rooted, tried several older versions of sense toolbox 6 but nothing is fixing it. The rest of the toolbox is working perfectly. Android: 4.4.3 Sense: 6.0 Software Number: 6.12.161.9 Kernel: 3.4.10-g40b189cand@abm102 #1 SMP PREEMPT

Open home popup menu and tap Unlock launcher :)
