Lockscreen Dock Icons has Removed

Former user created an issue

I reset my phone some times for make changes apply after that my dock in lock screen page has removed with swipe for widgets together, what should I do to troubleshout this issue?

    How is this connected to Toolbox? I had this problem too, didn't find any solution, only clean flashing ROM.
