Cannot edit/move icons in app drawer or home screen

Former user created an issue

HTC one m8 using ARHD. Icon editing worked at first now I can no longer move or edit anything... Including widgets when sense 6 toolbox is activated. Scrolling in the app drawer is also buggy. When scrolling up, the icons often snap back to their original starting location. You can get it to respond correctly but it's very finicky.

    You activated "Lock launcher" option from home popup menu. Disable it there or disable home popup menu mod. Scrolling is already fixed in next version.
