Former user created an issue 2015-07-28

It is not possible to move any icons/widgets. Long presses elsewhere (e.g. keyboard or in apps) work normally. Disabling Sense 6 Toolbox in Xposed fixes the issue.

It's not an issue, it's a feature. Open Home popup menu and unlock launcher.
