After extensive testing with xposed and my modules, I think it's a conflict between amplify and toolbox. It turns out when I disable that, toolbox works. Also, I was having bootloops, and those don't happen when I turned off amplify.

Not sure why this is so considering I uninstalled xposed completely and it still didn't work, but...

Any idea what to do if I want them both to run? (If I have to choose between them, it's toolbox all the way.)

There is no Toolbox errors in your report (but True Silent Mode and Chrome New Tab are throwing some),

I also tried to install Amplify and it's working fine for me. How exactly it stopped working? All mods or some of them?

All mods in toolbox stopped when I could get my device to boot. Lots of boot loops.

Now I have true silent and chrome new tab installed and everything is fine. I also uninstalled amplify and reinstalled and now it's working. Maybe something I blocked with amplify interfered with toolbox? I hadn't made any changes to amplify though in at least a month...

No idea) Xposed doesn't have anything to block, and Toolbox only have a few wakelocks in some mods, but most of the mods will still work even if they are blocked.

Logcat of a bootloop can help, if device is recognized by PC before dying.
