Not showing caller id when screen is off

Former user created an issue

When receiving a call and the screen is off, the phone doesn't show the caller ID nor can i accept or reject the call! It shows my wallpaper screen only!! But when screen on, everythings fine. Tried to turn off toolbox in xposed. Phone ok. Any suggestion please?

    So is it ok with Sense Toolbox disabled? Try to find what mod exactly is causing this. Large caller photo maybe?
