Password don't work

When I turn off my phone and I turn it on my password isn't ask. They can stole my phone and unlock this without password as I created à password... I think the problème come from HTC music from sens tool.

What is that HTC Music in Sense Toolbox? Some apps may bypass security if you put them as one of 4 bottom shortcuts (stock camera app for example), but you will be able to use this app only, access to the device will still restricted and password will be asked after you exit such app.
