In stock Sense 5.5 KitKat, The animation of lauching and exit of the apps is too fast, especilly exiting the app looks like flash. Would it be possible to change the default animtion?

You can change animation duration to 0,5x in developer options ;)

After following your instruction, I found that there may not be any animation when exiting apps.
