Modifications not applying:ARHD 71.1

Did a clean install of ARHD 71.1 on an s-off unlocked HTC one m7 for T-Mobile US this morning. I tried to activate several of the mods available, periodically performing a soft reboot. After I had all of the mods I wanted activated, I hard rebooted the phone and none of the mods had activated. All of the mods I activated in the app are still activated, but not applying throughout the Rom.

Check if Xposed Framework is still installed after reboot, use recovery installation method if it's not.
