Pop up notifications

I'm not entirely sure what these are supposed to be. I clicked the eye icon above the settings which just led to 3 notifications being sent that I had to pull down the default notification drawer to see. I also enabled the whitelist and some messaging apps and had someone message me and still no pop up just the default notification. Just letting you know that, for me, it isn't working at all. - HTC One
