Suggest for Popup notifications

suggest it will show when lockscreen only. or made it can be set. as now it always bother me when i do something another. Thanks It's a well function.

Popup notifications mod is not like other similar apps that display popups only when screen is off. It is a concept. Maybe I'll add an option for that, maybe not, who knows.
