Note 3 FC ver. 1.3.3 and 1.3.2

Hi - maybe this has been reported. I am running build 4.4.2 with the Jasmine ROM 2.0 on a VRZ Samsung Note 3. I tried installing Sense 6 toolbox 1.3.3. and 1.3.2. When opened I get FC on both versions. I tried rebooting with each version a couple times. I get a quick glimpse of the white start screen and see the Sense 6 toolbox header, Is the issue just with my build and the Jasmine ROM? maybe I should be using something different. I also tried doing Framework install/update in Xposed. Thank you

Is this ROM an HTC Sense port? If not, then are you just kidding me? it's SENSE Toolbox.
