Large app icons in notification shade when using transparency

When using the notification transparency option in the toolbox it makes the app icons in notification center larger than normal. This creates pixelation because they're not meant to be drawn at that size. Thanks!

Mod uses large icon if it is supplied with notification and resizes it to fit view. Your app must be using a small icon as a large icon. I'll disable scaling if icon is already smaller than the view.
