Enforce 1st person in ground vehicles

After some discussion we thought it good to restrict 3rd person in ground vehicles

This leaves pilots not crashing, and, given the changes to server profile such that EN markers don't appear, brings in some more immersion, especially as part of an armoured section.

As tanks DLC draws closer, this becomes more prominent and ensures good communications within the vehicle.
