Charles Husman Driving Rules Ontario

Created by Charles Husman

Priority to the right is a right-of-way system in right-hand traffic, in which the driver of a vehicle is required to give way to vehicles approaching from the right at intersections. The system is stipulated in Article 18.4. Compared to that, driving in the US is a piece of cake. Driving on the "wrong" side of the road is surprisingly easy. You need to pay attention and think before every turn, but you shouldn't have problems. The biggest issue is looking like an idiot every time you walk to the wrong door of your car. Nothing symbolizes and embodies American freedom like the automobile and although driving rules ontario is not a Constitutionally protected right, unimpeded mobility is. About two thirds of the countries in the world drive on the right including the USA, China and Russia. Canada used to drive on the left but changed to the right to make border crossings with the United States of America more manageable. The reasons for driving on different sides of the road are historical.
