Initial update after TiledLib refactor. BasicDemo now loads and renders isometric maps. Added camera to support moving, not sure if it should be in a 'Basic demo'. Had to reference TiledLib from Windows project due to enum not serializing using ContentSerializer, not sure how to get around.

Removing Property type and instead of storing List<Property> all types now have a PropertyCollection which is currently just a Dictionary<string, string>.
