Removed most voids in function calls, also reverted lib/boost/any.hpp. Removed most of the commnented code form main.cpp and move it to MainCore.h to be used in MainCore.h Also fixed a bad forward declartion in EntityManager that would cause a crash on entity deletion.

Rebuilt the majority of Entity to use smarter offsets, rotations, scales and more. All parameters now are stored entirely relative to the parent entity's coordinate space. This means objects should react more as expected when parented to another object. Changed rotation type from a vector using Euler angles (bad!) to one using quaternions. Corrected issue with cube component rendering black or white Turns out that setting the material emissive property to white makes the object all white, and that not setting it makes it suck all the light in and not reflect any... dur. Also reset the directional light's default direction to straight down, and moved the testing camera location over to an iso position.

Enabled lighting and cleaned up the Camera creation code (almost there) Was missing the methods that enable lighting, so no lighting was bein applied previously. Wound up including the halfway-state of the camera creation attribute code accidentally.

Cleanup in the light generation code Whitespace and minor fuinctionality changes to make the lights closer to working right. Something's still off - may need to move the conents of Render into an initialization method common to lights.

Finished off previous commit I'd forgotten to pass the changes on to the main methods.

Refactored and renamed some gprops and variables relating to cient area I'd been calling the client area the screen, so a little refactoring was in order. Also wound up pulling the hwnd gprop name out to the header for such.
