-I am a student and computer programmer living in North Carolina, which is a pretty cool state. I like to write programs in Python, especially Web programs, and occasionally dabble in Ruby, Lua and Haskell.
+I am a student and computer programmer working towards a degree in Computer Science at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. I code in Python, PHP (reluctantly), Ruby, Lua and a smattering of other languages. Most of my work to date has been in the domain of Web applications, but I am also interested in databases, data structures, programming language theory, and discrete mathematics.
-I am an avid Linux user and advocate. I currently use Arch Linux on my primary computer, and run Xubuntu on others.
+I am an avid Linux user and advocate, despite the fact that my primary computer is a Macbook Pro running Mac OS X. (Though it *does* dual-boot Arch Linux.)
-When not programming, I like to read, write, and rap. I also enjoy science fiction (esp. Star Wars), space, music, economics and political science, the "Carolina Hurricanes":canes, and snow.
+This is by no means an exhaustive list. I am always on the lookout for new books to read, so if you have any recommendations, feel free to send me an e-mail.
* ??Hood?? and ??The Paradise War?? by Stephen R. Lawhead (still need to read the rest of their respective trilogies)
* ??Out of the Silent Planet??, the ??Chronicles of Narnia?? series, and ??The Screwtape Letters?? by C.S. Lewis (really, anything by C.S. Lewis)
