Making the cookiecutter install a bit smoother

Hi - thanks for creating this as could really be useful for me.

I made some amends. Apparently, you don't need Kombu in Django now.

On the frontend - having some real difficulties getting the npm dependencies to work. I only made progress when installing djember_workshop

And that's when I made some a few changes.
