Issue #10 new

Hey,

as I understand, -vmods in the command line exclusively supports the "mass@aa,mass@aa" notation. When trying to describe a heavy labeled C terminal AA does it support something like "-mass@aa" or "mass@-aa"? The way i understand the comments in the .cfg this is what "-anyctermmodification" is meant to describe.

Cheers

    Hi Jonas,

you can put [ or ] instead of "aa" to specify the N- or C-terminus, respectively: -vmods 229.163@[.

You can also specify both the type and terminal location of the amino acid, like 229.163@K], although I don't think that would be needed for processing of TMT data.

Sorry about somewhat scarce documentation on this, we'll definitely expand it.
