Update Jenkins builds to checkout from git

Currently the Jenkins builds for all branches checkout from the community SVN.
For the trunk and KNIME 3.4 onwards code should be checked out from Bitbucket instead.

The trunk and 3.4 builds have been updated to checkout Lhasa code from Bitbucket

Error: file /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/org.lhasalimited.knime.update-trunk/workspace/nodes4knime/org.lhasalimited/org.lhasalimited.knime.generic.fragment: Project 'org.lhasalimited.knime.generic.fragment' is missing required source folder: 'src'
Need to update .project settings to ignore missing src?
