Metabolism has *.old projects in the code base that cause issues

If these projects are loaded into eclipse it presents the correct project being loaded but displays the same name as the correct project.

This has resulted in the incorrect upgrading of the metabolism plugin to version 4.

These two project should be deleted once @KNIME Community Contributions change to master is pushed to avoid conflict.

Branch https://bitbucket.org/lhasaLimited/knime-community-contribution/branch/feature/fixIssue7 should contain a fix for this issue and update the version numbers
