Support for "goose version" command
Is it possible and make sense to have a "goose version" command that would simply show the versionid of the last applied db migration.
I was just going to make use of this version in a builder "marker" file in my deployed application to easily see what version the db is at from the app folder.
i.e. right now I have the build number from build server, and git sha of the app stored in this "marker".

repo owner yep - i think this would be a fine addition, and shouldn't be too much work. are you planning on implementing it?

reporter Ok thanks Liam. I just created a pull request here https://bitbucket.org/liamstask/goose/pull-request/30/add-command-goose-version-to-retrieve-the/diff
I rejected the initial pull request, had incorrect git message and I added to README.md
