Ability to generate sql scaffold option instead of just ".go"

Please add the ability to pass a flag to determine if sql / go scaffold needs to be generated.

This was actually already implemented, but added a bit of doc to the readme to give any hope of somebody actually finding it :)

fixed in c7df92c
