Add versioned binary downloads

We're loading Goose into a Dockerfile and it would be great to be able to curl a public url to download a specific version of Goose.

Could you build binaries for Linux / OS X / Windows on each release and make them publicly accessible? I'm not very familiar with Bitbucket, but it seems like the Downloads section could host them.

This would be nice - I looked into it briefly and found there's a long standing request to add support for posting downloads via the API. Without an automated way to post them, I'm not sure I can commit to doing it all the time, but would be happy to consider any solutions for this.
