kernel parameter for SVMperfer

Issue #9 wontfix
created an issue

The current SVMperfer uses SVMperf 3.0 which has an option for nonlinear SVM classification, and it would be nice if SVMperfer also had this option.

It seems like the SVM class should be changed in order to incorporate this feature.

I have partially implemented this. There are some small issues to resolve however. For example, because non-linear classification for svmperf s quite complicated it introduces a pile of other user adjustable parameters and different methods have to be employed for different kernels. Perhaps it should be a separate tool?
