The Integrated Heart module contains the code to perform simulations of cardiac models. Highly efficient FEM assemblers in the module include:

  • the mono/bidomain equations;
  • the Bueno-Orovio minimal ionic model;
  • the Holzapfel-Ogden model with nearly-incompressibility and active strain.

Solvers for the simulation of both segregated and coupled problems are included with usage examples.
