The Multiscale framework module allows the coupling of different dimensionally-heterogeneous physical solvers. Available models are:

• 3D models (fluid and fluid-structure interaction);
• 1D models (fluid and fluid-structure interaction);
• 0D models.

Available couplings are:

• Boundary conditions;
• Mean normal stress;
• Mean total normal stress;
• Mean normal stress with a simple valve.

The interface problem can be solved through the following algorithms:

• Aitken;
• Broyden;
• Explicit;
• Newton.
