Ability to Map Up, Down, Left, and Right to W, S, A, and D Respectively

Both Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold and Planet Strike do not allow this in DOS. The mappings for letters W, Q, and E also cannot be changed in DOS because they are assigned to Quick Turn functions.

Naturally, being a player control issue, that will need to be addressed in the future.

If Quick-Turn support is not needed then this issue should not apply to ECWolf/LZWolf.
