Attempting the following...

chroot_setup /QOpenSys/yum/test1 /QOpenSys/ibmi_setup/chroot_add_developer.lst

... results in...

Custom *.lst files will still be created by developers and it shouldn't be a requirement that the .lst file exists in the yum install location of /QOpenSys/pkgs/lib/ibmichroot/chroot.

This issue persists with the latest rpm ibmichroot-2.1.2-0.ibmi7.1.noarch.rpm. I will work on providing a fix.
