Add GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY DB2 service

Add GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY DB2 service result set.

Eventual goal will be to totally transform the approach to keeping an IBM i up to date. Imagine having a dashboard page with a widget declaring what updates are available, what updates are currently downloading, what updates are downloaded but awaiting install, updates waiting for IPL, etc - all in one location.

I had a go at this some weeks ago, but the call to the DB2 service failed and I haven't had the time to investigate.
