Multiple fatq files in confg.yaml

HI,

I have replicate in my experiments and got fastq files for each of them (technical replicates). Now, i was trying giving these fastq in separated by comma in config.yaml file like we generally give in mageck count command. But when i giving it in same way in config.yaml, it is showing error that this file doesn't exist, it is considering comma separated files as one file name. Can you please suggest me how can i give technical replicate files in config.yaml.
