Where to find released versions
Issue #16
new
Hello,
I hope this is the right repo. Since MAGeCK-VISPR is pretty spread out between various repositories I'm not clear on where the official releases are being made.
I currently see these somehow interdependent but I'd like to know where I should be looking for official releases or development releases:
- This repository
- https://sourceforge.net/projects/mageck/
- https://bitbucket.org/liulab/vispr (Seems to be VISPR upstream but this repository holds some form of VISPR too)
- https://bitbucket.org/liulab/mageck (Not sure what is inside this repository?)
- http://conda.pydata.org/miniconda.html -- seems to be the resource where we should be getting officially released version.
- https://pypi.python.org/pypi/vispr -- this one still references some repository that seems to be abandoned: https://bitbucket.org/johanneskoester/vispr
The confusion comes from this:
The VISPR repository references a --host
parameter but this repository (which encloses VISPR) nor the conda release (which seems to be a version behind) allow me to use this parameter.
