How to deal with technical replicates in count table

Hi Johannes,

I have a table with read counts in it. I know how to merge fastq files of technical replicates by defining in congif.yaml file.

But here i have count table with triplicate of each condition and i want to merge them before running "mageck mle". I find the way to do it in if we are running "mageck test" but not with mle.

Can you please suggest me a way to do it, that will be very helpful.

You can generate a new count table, by adding counts of three replicates together. You can do it in R or in excel easily.
