Why the default input file for "MAGeCK Test" is all.count instead of all.normalized.count

Dear Wei, Why the default input file for "MAGeCK Test" in MAGeCK-VISPR pipeline is "all.count" instead of "all.normalized.count" I think the normalized count is better for MAGeCK RRA calculation right?

Oh, I found that it will automatically be normalized in the pipeline

MAGeCK RRA will automatically normalize Treatment and Control group.
