Reads must be given as .fastq or .fastq.gz files.

I was trying initiate mageck-vispr and got this error saying the reads are not given as .fastq files, whereas the folder only has fastq files. I tried both zipped and upzipped. Could you help me resolve this error? Thank you so much!
