Problem running MaGeCK-VISPR Test Data

Dear all,

I have successfully installed MaGeCK-VISPR 0.5.3 and was able to make a successful dry run of the snakemake -n. However, when I run the snakemake --cores 8, I get this error message. Any help will be much appreciated.
